Nitpicking Stephen Harper’s Quebec Interview

In a Quebec Television interview, Stephen Harper backed away from his original statements about the Israeli response being “measured”.
“Frankly, we were talking about three weeks ago when Hezbollah took Israeli soldiers hostage, and an initial response,” Harper told the TVA network.
“But now we have a completely different situation from three weeks ago, as I’ve said many times,”
Just wondering how many times he has said this? I do not remember him saying this ever before and I keep a relatively close watch on Canadian politics. Please let me know if I am wrong, and if I am, has he said it “many times”?
